Fera’s philosophy is simple — great hair should make you look good and feel even better. Whether it’s a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, she ensures every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for. With over 30 years of experience, Clarence brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for craftsmanship to the chair. Having transitioned from a career in contracting to master hair artistry in the mid-1990s, he has refined his skills across both branded and independent salons, specializing in precision cutting, vibrant coloring, and expert rebonding.
Clarence is defined by his thoughtful, client-centric approach and his ability to offer personalized recommendations with zero pressure. Fluent in English and Mandarin, he is a natural communicator and mentor who focuses on building genuine connections with every guest. Outside the salon, he stays inspired through reading and travel, ensuring he returns to his craft with a fresh and recharged perspective.
